A 'proposal for payment' (PFP) will be sent to you with all necessary information and shipment costs. We only accept payments based on PFP's.

You may pay by bank transfer, our details are available on the PFP.  However, please note that the payee must pay its own and our bank charges on transfer of funds.

Within the EU normal mail is used, outside the EU all orders are shipped by courier to guarantee delivery.
Your order will be delivered within 10 business days after reception of your payment.

Please note that your country's Customs Department may add duties, taxes, or import fees to the total cost, and the shipper may add a Customs broker fee. These costs, if any, are added by your government and/or the shipper, not us, and are not reflected in the shipping costs mentioned in the PFP.
